• Nationality: You must be a permanent citizen of Bangladesh to apply for Customer Service Officer (Cash & General Banking)
• Age Limitation: You must be at least 18 years of age as per your National ID card.
• Educational Qualification: You must have SSC, HSC, Honour’s, Master’s educational qualification as required by Community Bank PLC

- Provide support to the branch by providing general banking services to the customers in accordance with the high standards of service quality of the Bank.
- Account opening by ensuring compliance of laws and regulations, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Provide service related to checkbooks, Debit Cards and Payment Order.
- Provide service related to Issue and Encashment of Fixed Deposit/DPS etc.
- Provide service under BACH (Clearing & BEFTN).
- Provide remittance services (local & inward), locker services.
- Act as the primary contact person and resolves operational issues.
- Ensure AML & CFT guidelines in performing banking activities.

- Greet and provide smooth customer services to all customers enter into the cash service counter.
- Receive all sorts of cash deposits like account deposit, bill payment, remittance etc.
- Make Payment in due course of all sorts of open cheques over the counters.
- Counting, sorting and packeting of currency notes of all types of denominations as per circulars/guidelines of Bangladesh Bank.
- Record and maintain cash registers, vault register, counter, vault & cash transit insurance both in CBS and Manual.
- Maintain AML and other cash related compliance as per regulatory guidelines of cash operations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing front line services on any query from customers end.
- Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor/Management of the Bank.
