1.Officer/Associate Manager, Learning and Development
Description
- Oversee the existing applications (ERP/LMS) and ensure database accuracy
- Develop and prepare dashboards for decision making and various business needs
- Assist in adding new features to the existing software for digitalizing coordination processes
- Develop & facilitate classroom training module contents in coordination with HRBP and Division LT members.
- Prepare Training Calendar according to Training Need Assessment

Qualifications
- Four-year graduation in any discipline from any UGC-approved or accredited foreign university.

2.Officer/Associate Manager, Compensation and Rewards
Description
- Manage BRAC Bank Employees’ Provident Fund & Gratuity Fund MIS and assist in preparing the periodic financials
- Assist in processing regular payroll activities in a timely and accurate manner
- Support regular BAU activities, e.g., final settlement, fitment analysis, staff loan processing, customer support, etc.
- Use MS Excel and other tools to create reports related to compensation and rewards
- Learn and adapt to various software and ERP systems, such as Oracle EBS, Fund Management System, etc.
Qualifications
- Graduate from a reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record. Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is preferred.
